Dear Members and Friends of Milonee,

Milonee has always been more than a series of events—it is a community built on connection, care, and shared values. As we continue to grow and look toward the future, we remain committed to evolving in ways that truly reflect the voices, needs, and diversity of our members.

For many years, our event tickets included entry along with a fixed food package covering snacks, lunch, and dinner. While this approach offered simplicity, we listened closely and recognized the need for greater flexibility, choice, and intentionality in how we come together.

This year, we are taking a meaningful step forward.

We are introducing a new model where event tickets and food are offered separately. Event ticket prices now reflect only the logistical costs of organizing the event—such as venue, planning, and operations—allowing us to keep tickets significantly more accessible. Food for snacks, lunch, and dinner can be selected separately from a variety of options, based on individual preferences. While food selection is optional, we encourage attendees to make their choices early to help our vendors plan accurately and ensure preferred options are reserved.

We also want to be completely transparent: Milonee does not take any proceeds from food sales. All food pricing is managed and driven directly by our vendors, ensuring fairness, clarity, and direct support to those who prepare and serve the meals. Our role is simply to create a platform for choice—not to profit from it.

This change reflects a broader vision for Milonee—one rooted in responsibility, inclusivity, and thoughtful stewardship. By offering flexibility, reducing food wastage, and operating with transparency, we hope to create experiences that are more personal, sustainable, and aligned with our shared values.

Change is most meaningful when it is shaped by listening and guided by purpose. We are grateful for your trust and support as we continue to grow together.
